I was referred to Dr Lindsay by my long time ortho doctor, Dr. Gingold. I had a rotator cuff tear and a lot of arthritis in my left shoulder and I had received several Cortizone shots over a year and a half, but in November last year Dr. Gingold told me it was probably time to look at something more permanent than shots. I met Dr Lindsay and his nurse Heidi in December 2025, and he agreed with Dr. Gingold that my best option for long-term relief was a total reverse shoulder replacement. I instantly liked this team of Heidi and Dr Lindsay, and was able to meet them in the Redmond St Charles clinic office. He was very personable and has a sense of humor that I appreciate and enjoy, and it was decided I would go ahead with the shoulder due to ongoing and increasing pain especially at night making sleep very disrupted. After going through all the initial steps with insurance and prepping, etc., on February 10 at the Redmond Hospital I had my needed surgery. It was a very successful day surgery. The entire time with every visit I had with Dr Lindsay I felt so confident in his abilities and he did not disappoint at all. He fixed me up so good and I told him that my postop appointment last week that he’s my hero. I would absolutely refer anyone I know to him that has shoulder issues because he did everything I needed and I’m so thankful that Dr. Gingold referred me over to him, since Dr. Gingold no longer does surgeries. Thank you again Dr Lindsay you’re an amazing man and Central Oregon is so blessed to have you, just as I am. you are the whole package!!!
